Justin T. Hayden is a third year student at Mississippi College School of Law. He is a 2004 graduate of Belmont University (cum laude) where he received a bachelor degree in political science and education. Prior to graduation, Justin (a former Kentucky State Champion) competed for four years for Belmont's Cross and Track team. He obtained a teaching licensure and taught at Meigs Magnet School and John Overton High School in Nashville, Tennessee. Throughout college, Justin was employed at Greenebaum, Doll & McDonald, PLLC as a file clerk and runner. After graduation he worked at Greenebaum in accounting and as Assistant Office Manager before heading to Mississippi College School of Law in fall of 2005.
While at MCSOL, Justin received the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Writing and Research. He returned to Greenebaum as a law clerk in the summer of 2006. In the summer of 2007, he clerked for the nineteen administrative law judges under the Tennessee Secretary of State and for the Mississippi Attorney General's Office. He is currently a graduate research assistant to Professor Gregory Bowman, and will graduate in May 2008.
