Scott Felsenthal, creator of The Legal Scoop, currently is a student at the Nashville School of Law (Class of 2009) . He attended college for three years at the University of Washington before transferring to complete his senior year at the University of Memphis (2005, B.A. Criminal Justice, cum laude).  Scott played collegiate tennis for both Washington and Memphis. 

Scott has held various internship and law clerk positions throughout law school. Currently, Scott is a law clerk with the firm of Henrichsen Siegel PLLC. Prior to holding this position, Scott completed an internship in the legal research department at the John Seigenthaler First Amendment Center.  Scott has also completed an internship with the Legal Aid Society and previously held a law clerk position with a real estate law firm.

His interests in the law include corporate and business, securities, employment, commercial, sports and entertainment, real estate, and First Amendment issues.
